There are so many great talents and names in the fan film maker world. There are those names that stand at the top of the list of quality of entertainment that Fanboy Will and I really wanted and want to be apart of the show. Ron Santiano from REDCAPE Cinema is one of those people. He is the first person that brought justice the character of Wonder Woman and her mythos through the fan film. From there, Ron has branched out to his original action, adventure series called Eve that could easily match any high concept show that is on mainstream television today. Ron and his Redscape staff really show how awesome entertainment can be produced on a shoe-string budget.

This is part one of a two part interview with Mr. Santiano.

NEXT WEEK: Well! If there is a two-parter and this week was the first part then obviously next week is part two. You see why I’m put in charge of producing this cast. I’m the brains, baby!

ALL HAIL the Fan Film Podcast for it is righteous and just. ALL HAIL James Christopher, our most auspicious guest this week. ALL HAIL the Fan Film as they are the blood and sweat of the independent film maker. ALL HAIL Fanboy Will as he is a vessel of unlimited nerdy knowledge. ALL HAIL Christopher Moshier who must be on some good shit to be writing this.

HEH! You try to write these blurbs on a regular basis and you’ll see how redundant they start to become. I just wanted to mix things up. So where were we? AH! This week’s guest…as mentioned above that would be one Mr. James Christopher. I have provided links below to familiarize yourself with his fan films. ENJOY!

Batman: Death in the Family

The Crow: Blood Angel

Punisher: Slavers

Wonder Woman

NEXT WEEK: Ron Santiano from REDCAPE Cinema will be interviewed in the first part of an awesome two-parter.

When you think of where movies are produced you instantly think of Kentucky don’t you? After all isn’t Kentucky the movie capital of the world? Isn’t the leading entertainment news source Access Kentucky? Is that famous game show originally hosted by Bert Parks called Kentucky Squares? And surely everyone has taken a stroll down the sidewalk of the Kentucky Walk of Fame.

This week’s guest is George Bonilla from ZP International Picture Production and Distributions. And if you haven’t guessed it yet his business is located in the "United We Stand, Divided We Fall" state of Kentucky. His company makes films with titles such as The Edison Death Machine, Redwood Justin: Vampire Hunter, and Hell-ephone. These are original independent character driven features not bogged down by the standard Hollywood formula.

As a side venture George has dabbled in the fan film with a quick little take on the Indiana Jones franchise with his offering the "Mummy's Skull" that stars pre-school and elementary school talents in the roles. Make sure you check out the short over at the FFP sister site, the Comic Book Bin.

IN TWO WEEKS: James Christopher is no stranger to the fan film. He's put together titles such as Batman: Death in the Family and Punisher: Slavers among others. Fanboy Will and James really get going into the comic books so expect a fun listen.

COMING SOON: The FFP is going to kick some major ass to end the year off right. We’re still expecting Chris Cowan & Alexander Randleman from "Elseworlds" to appear as soon as we can mesh our schedules. Add to that Ron Santiano from REDCAPE Cinema, Larry and Aaron Longstreth with animator Jacob Drake discussing arguably the most anticipated fan film of this year, "The Greatest Fan Film of All Time", and Tara Nicole Strand who is amassing her troops over at Gotham Public Works for a interview of mass proportions.

We welcome another legend of the fan film world this week in the form of Mr. Hank Braxtan. Hank has ghosted it up with Freddy VS. Ghostbusters and his follow-up film, Return of the Ghostbusters. Braxtan has put together some other classic laugh fests in form of Freddy VS Jason 2: The best damn sequel, period, Illegal Aliens VS Predator, and Four More Years of Vader among some of his funniest offerings.

Returning this week from his sabbatical to Tibet is Brother Fanboy Will. He brings a twelve pack of Coors Light with him to christen the occasion. Not to be outdone, my bottle of Vodka was not far out of reach. We have to thank Hank for putting up with our drunken babbling. Maybe not very professional, but that explains the hosts of the show to a "T"!

NEXT WEEK: George Bonilla from ZP International Productions will be our guest discussing his film projects as well as giving us a good lesson on the coming technologies for the independent film maker.
